Job Description Conduct advanced and innovative engineering tasks, focusing on the development and integration of new technologies, products, or processes.

Perform design, analysis, documentation, and testing of complex mechanical components and assemblies, using appropriate analytical tools to evaluate critical design areas.

Play a crucial role in ensuring the final design aligns with quality and cost targets, as well as meeting requirements for reliability, manufacturability, and functionality.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to optimize designs for mass production.

Address and resolve mechanical engineering challenges.

Work closely with global teams to ensure smooth product development.

Oversee the development and qualification of plastic tooling, including design debugging.

The Successful Applicant Education: Master's/Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: 4+ years in mechanical design and development of high-volume consumer electronic products.

Skills: Proficient in Pro/E and Auto CAD.

Good knowledge of plastics, tooling, injection molding, assembly processes, cosmetic finishes, and defect analysis.

Familiar with metal punch tool structure and design.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Advanced understanding of quality tools such as DFMEA, DFMA, PSS, and Tolerance analysis.

Fluent in prototyping skills; CAE knowledge is a plus.

Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and self-motivation.

Good command of English writing and speaking, with presentation preparation skills.
