JR62186 Job Posting Title PDE CEM HBM Shift PE Supports engineering activities such as HBM NPI product and product derivatives development to mass production.

Supports in step owner execution of design of experiments, helps in data gathering as well as assist in setting up tools needed in the study.

They will be responsible in running NPI products in the production line and in building/delivering Qual samples.

They will also support engineering data analysis using excel or related software to analyze large amount of data and summarize them to the team.
