Responsibilities and Tasks:
Development and maintain Site level Excellence ProjectsTo optimize machining processes to reach optimum product quality, efficiency and process repeatability at the lowest cost.Leads and deploys best practices in the manufacturing process by supporting continuous improvement in various manufacturing processes.Well managing of direct labor costs via improving the flow of process, material and setting up cycle times.
Essential:Good word processing skills (MS office).Fluent in Mandarin, good speaking/reading/writing ability in English.Self-starter and driver who takes ownership of their work.Strong interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships across functions.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making.
