How to contribute to our vision Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective production unit according to the quality strategy and respective local regulations.

Implements the specific quality programs within his organization and monitors the effectiveness of these programs.

Contributes to product safety activities.

Ensures the production quality reporting.

Contributes to budget planning processes.

Ensures qualification and competences of production employees with regards to quality.

Leads a production quality team.

Prioritizes and assigns tasks to team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows.

Manages Quality-related activities with involved internal and external parties.

Acts as an escalation point of contact for production quality issues.
