This is a groundbreaking opportunity to lead and innovate in a product management role that directly impacts our high-volume manufacturing and engineering processes. You'll be at the forefront of technical advancements, working with modern technologies to drive flawless performance and outstanding product development.
Key Responsibilities Deliver technical and sustaining engineering assistance in a manufacturing environment.
Suggest and carry out equipment and process adjustments to boost production efficiencies.
Develop and conduct statistical analysis such as Building of Experiments (BOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Target physical causes of failure for yield loss and improve quality.
Interact with product design and development personnel to ensure compatibility of processes and builds.
Successfully implement world-class manufacturing techniques and new product introductions (NPI).
Qualifications Demonstrated background in product management, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of engineering support within a production environment.
Expertise in statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
Ability to suggest and implement equipment and process modifications.
Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with build and development teams.
A track record of achieving ambitious goals and improving production yields.
