JR56423 MCT Governance Engineer As a Manufacturing Central Team Governance Engineer, your primary responsibility is to propose and implement manufacturing process close loop solutions which cover the below: New product transfer copy exact governance to ensure smooth site to site product transfer.
Change event standardization and monitoring You will collaborate closely with respective process, equipment and manufacturing owners to identify the gap between Pilot site and Fanout site in term of 5 M1 E and work with Site and Central team to close all the gap and share all the BKM from Pilot site to Fanout site.
While for Change event standardization and monitoring, you will need to align cross site change event setup and buyoff activities and use system to guide the operation personnel for manufacturing change event, example: machine conversion, material change, tooling change during machine operation.
Roles & responsibilities can include but are not limited to Coordinate and collaborate with Equipment/Process/NPI engineer to identify gap and work toward the closure of the gap.
Kick off meeting with New Product transfer Pilot site and Fanout for 5 M1 E comparison checklist.
Prepare and setup review sessions with respective process, equipment, manufacturing area owners to identify the copy exact and difference between Pilot site and Fanout site.
Work with site and central team to close all the gaps identified throughout the 5 M1 E checklist.
Summarize the copy exact status and monitoring the KPI assigned to the Fanout site.
Manufacturing Change Event Standardization and Monitoring Standardization the change event setup check item and buy off check item across network.
Design the step by step in automation system for equipment technician to follow when change event triggers.
Plan and execute the roadmap for change event automation system.
Plan and finalize Manufacturing Change event monitoring dashboard.
Education Requirement & eligibility BTech/MTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering Experience with Manufacturing, equipment, project management & component assembly and test processes are advantageous.
Understanding of production floor setup in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Experience with new factory setup is advantageous.
