As a Manufacturing Central Team Governance Engineer, your primary responsibility is to propose and implement manufacturing process close loop solutions which cover the below:

New product transfer copy exact governance to ensure smooth site to site product transfer. Change event standardization and monitoring

You will collaborate closely with respective process, equipment and manufacturing owners to identify the gap between Pilot site and Fanout site in term of 5 M1 E and work with Site and Central team to close all the gap and share all the BKM from Pilot site to Fanout site. While for Change event standardization and monitoring, you will need to align cross site change event setup and buyoff activities and use system to guide the operation personnel for manufacturing change event, example: machine conversion, material change, tooling change during machine operation.

Roles & responsibilities can include but are not limited to

Coordinate and collaborate with Equipment/Process/NPI engineer to identify gap and work toward the closure of the gap.
