Summary:
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing photolithography equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing to ensure high yield and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of photolithography tools (, steppers, scanners, coaters/developers).
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with process and integration teams to improve tool performance and process stability.
Analyze equipment data and implement improvements for throughput and yield.
Support new tool installation and qualification.
