Strictly enforce hotel rules, regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures.

2.

Supervise inventory and management of engineering fixed assets.

3.

Oversee the execution of SOPs for maintenance of various system equipment.

4.

Review maintenance plans for engineering equipment.

5.

Monitor the proper operation of fire safety equipment.

6.

Supervise workplace safety and inspections.

7.

Supervise the process for engineering repair requests.

8.

Assist in engineering contract procurement operations.

9.

Supervise inventory and management of engineering supplies.

10. Coordinate annual mechanical and electrical inspection operations.

11. Handle other tasks assigned by Director of Engineering.

12. Can legally work in Taiwan.
