Description Would you like to be a trusted advisor to accounts within a high-growth market?Could a multinational environment where innovation and teamwork are important success factors, be a place where you would thrive?Have you answered yes to the points above?Then join us, and be a part of the global team leading the network video technology and solutions!As our Key Account Manager, End Customer, you will be finding new business opportunities and driving sales within a selected number of End Customer and Channel accounts, making sure that our customers constantly get the full value of Axis.

You will be working in the field, close to our customers, making sure that you are there as a partner for them, ensuring our common success in projects.

You will handle accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between the accounts and Axis.

This position is based in Taipei.

Key Responsibilities: Building strong and sustainable relationships with identified End-user accounts in our focus segments, such as manufacturing and industry, transportation and critical infrastructure; Developing clear business plans for the accounts and ensuring accurate forecasting from researching and analysing sales activities; Co-creating of solutions for identified markets thereby developing the project pipeline; Achieving stipulated sales target set for each account by maintaining a healthy pipeline and good contractual performance; Collaborating with our Marketing and Channel Sales team to initiate and participate in activities that influence end-users / channel partners and generate demand e.g.

trade shows, seminars, technical training, and webinars; Prepare sales reports for new and existing projects Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Engineering or equivalent disciplines; Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar sales position, with at least 3 years in engaging end customers of our focus segments; Experience working with indirect sales, preferably in a techno-commercial sales position in electronic security, industrial and technology industry; Able to function efficiently either independently or team in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of all the technical parameters for tender specifications in the segment is a must; Desirable to have worked with the ecosystem (related software, n/w & other hardware products) in stitching solutions for solving customer issues; Should be aware of the nodal/approving agency for getting approval of Axis in these segments; Previous employment sales achievements will be considered; Experience in working with Consultants and Customers in the industrial and technology segment will be preferred.

Important skills, abilities, and knowledge for this role: Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies, and applications; Driven and self-motivated team player; Ambitious and pro-active; Possess a strong technical background; Willingness to change and take up new challenges; Has good organizational skills, and is able to handle multiple priorities; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
