Job Description As our Labeling and Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet internal and legal standards for labeling, physical properties and legal compliance.

You will be responsible for refining and implementing programs to ensure that Vuori products meet a dynamic set of global regulations.

This position requires a deep knowledge of global product compliance regulations (particularly in Asia), an entrepreneurial attitude and excellent communication skills.

We are particularly interested in someone who is ready to learn new skills and is keen to make improvements both in their professional growth and also in our energetic and ambitious team.  This role will report to our Director of Global Product Compliance based in California, USA.  Qualifications What you'll get to do: Be a great team player – you are going to work with talented individuals, so we value collaboration and integrity  Serve as our subject matter expert on Product Labeling and GB testing  Stay up to date with relevant international regulations, standards, and industry best practices – this is particularly important in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region  Execute a comprehensive global product compliance strategy aligned with Vuori's business objectives and values  Develop and deliver training programs to educate external partners on product compliance obligations and best practices  Be ready to learn new skills as the regulatory landscape changes – this can be in the area of Extended Producer Responsibilities, traceability requirements, tracking recycled content in product, etc.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, sourcing, production and sustainability to ensure our value chain lives up to our expectations   Be a trusted point of contact for our suppliers and partners to reach out to when it comes to questions about labeling, testing requirements, compliance programs and sustainability initiatives  International and Domestic travel as needed up to 10% of the year Who you are: Bachelor's degree in textile engineering, business, engineering, manufacturing, law, environmental science or equivalent combination of education and experience   6+ years of product compliance, quality or labeling management, preferably within the apparel industry, with a focus on the Asian-Pacific or Middle Eastern market   Strong knowledge of China GB standards for apparel and accessories   Proven track record of managing compliance programs in complex supply chains (preferably in the apparel and footwear industry)  Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to work collaboratively with international teams   Excellent data analytical and communication skills   Detail oriented, analytical and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment  A self-starter who is always ready to suggest a more effective strategy for achieving business results  Additional Information At Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees;  Health Insurance  Savings and Retirement Plan   Employee Assistance Program  Generous Vuori Discount & Industry Perks  Paid Time Off   Wellness & Fitness benefits   The salary range for this role is 2,076,002.50 TWD per year - 2,395,387.50 TWD per year.
