Senior Quality Engineer

Objectives

Quality responsible ( QR role ) for trade goods project
Supplier quality management ( PUQ role ) – supplier audit and product release ( YBFR and accessory ).
Handling quality complaint system CAR and PSS ( YBFR and accessory )
Product quality continue improvement ( PDCA )
Quality report and maintain GRD system / WRR_ib / EDC / RMA analysis ( YBFR and accessory )
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

A Master's degree in Engineering is required for this position.
Substantial experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control is essential.
Proven track record in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects or manufacturing environments is necessary.
Demonstrated expertise as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

Comprehensive understanding of ODM/EMS processes and NPI procedures is crucial.
In-depth knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk management principles is expected.
Proficiency in quality engineering tools and methodologies is required.
Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts is highly valued.

Certifications:

Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) are strongly preferred.
Additional certifications like Certified Quality Manager (CQM) will be considered favorably.

Language Proficiency:

Intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
Advanced level of Chinese language skills is essential.
