Job Description:1.

Initiates and completes technical activities which have significant impact potential at a program level.2.

Establishes and cultivates a network of support (laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, staff organizations, sales and marketing) to facilitate completion of assignments.3.

Advises and influences others on decisions in area of responsibility.4.
