Responsibilities: Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process-related issues promptly and successfully implement long-term solutions.
Conduct rigorous data analysis to ensure processes meet world-class quality standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine and implement process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a similar field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to strictly adhere to protocols.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering field.
Experience with advanced semiconductor wet process technologies.
Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other industry-standard methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to compete in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
