Business Overview:

1. The primary purpose of this position is to consistently and stably achieve the daily production targets while maintaining high product quality, ensuring customer deliveries and satisfaction.

2. Additionally, the role aims to improve the production progress at the Taoyuan plant by optimizing the existing production processes, thereby enhancing product quality and reducing production costs to strengthen overall operational efficiency.

Job Purpose:

1. Consistently and stably achieve daily production targets while maintaining high product quality.

2. Promote improvements and optimizations in production planning and processes to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

3. Perform regular facility maintenance to ensure proper and stable equipment functionality.

4. Continuously optimize production processes to improve operational efficiency.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
