The i Tero Training Specialist, Clinical Program (APAC) is passionate about clinical leadership, organizational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This employee works closely with the commercial & training/education team to drive APAC clinical strategy in providing high-quality support as well as developing and/or enhancing programs to educate internal staff, distributors, dentists and labs on our i Tero products and workflows. He/she also ensures effective, efficient, and prompt handling of doctors’ inquiries, requests of literature, and objections during pre-sales demos/ discussions regarding the scanner and CAD/ CAM available services or products especially from Dental Laboratories, via on-site visits, phone calls and/or emails to achieve customer satisfaction. The role will involve a focus on KOL/speaker training & management; develop sales clinical competency and demo support when appropriate for the sales team to win opportunities on top of driving an overall clinical strategy to develop education initiatives targeted to nurture and convert leads. In this role, you will… Act as an APAC clinical expert & advisor: Develop a robust internal stakeholder training and assessment program for product knowledge and operation to drive commercial excellence. Maintain working knowledge of systems, procedures, and technical skills via self-directed learning and proactiveness apart from effective involvement in training and development. Train & grow the distributor’s knowledge of the product to drive the respective commercial channel. Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and ad-hoc sales support when required. Play an important role in rolling out new innovations as the APAC clinical advisor in terms of equipping internal team with relevant clinical knowledge and engaging influential KOLs for amplifying the messaging and/or executing launch activities. Champion the right documentation and processes to capture data in the system and effective data tracking/analysis to drive effective education initiatives. Able to demonstrate/share product application in the clinic and patient settings with deep clinical procedure knowledge. Drive in-depth clinical and/or technical discussions with an aim to propose total solutions for corresponding situation/requirements. Develop clinical content/assets in relevant formats and make sure the assets are updated in timely fashion to maintain relevance to the market and/or customers and KOLs. Participate in trade exhibitions, official functions, congresses, and seminars. Work closely with the commercial team to execute commercial education events/activities to meet the business needs and target goals. Build relationships with both external and internal clients to capitalize business opportunities. Work closely with trainers to identify key opinion leaders across APAC and work with the Territory Manager to ensure the development of strong business relationships. Build, engage and manage KOL accounts to achieve growth and acceptance. Uphold the high performance, grooming, and behavioral standards expected for client-facing interaction. Ensure all procedural needs and documents are timely submitted via systems to stay compliant. Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required. Perform other duties as assigned. In this role, you’ll need … A bachelor’ or master’s qualifications in dentistry, science, or related disciplines. Minimum 6 years’ experience as a pre-sales/sales/service representative within the medical device industry and key accounts management. Working knowledge of digital scanners in various dental procedures, dental clinic settings, key Dental procedures, market trends analysis, and potential growth capitalization. Highly motivated & self-starter in the system who constantly reflects on outcomes to drive excellence through programs. Ability to travel within short notice, and flexibility to work on weekends and after hours if required. High proficiency in both verbal and written English. Fluency in additional languages is highly preferred. Experience in planning and organizing events both virtual and physical will be advantageous/preferred. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to pay attention to details and work with minimal supervision; Self-motivated and willing to learn, results-oriented, dependable, creative & positive.
