The main goal of the business is to provide an advantageous trading environment for traders globally with an affordable cost to trade thereby lowering the barrier to entry for prospective traders.

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Content Creator to join our team and work with team members from all around the world (from Taichung to Tokyo/ Sydney/ Sao Paulo).

You’ll work closely with the wider team and help produce written content for all of our touchpoints (website, app and portal) for new, experienced and veteran clients and partners.

Responsibility: Revamp, optimize and maintain the customer lifecycle journey, pinpointing growth areas and quick wins for TTG.

Developed and execute end-to-end CRM strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users, using marketing automation tools.

Lead creation and execution of impactful email marketing campaigns, meeting business goals for assigned workflows, while monitoring and optimizing critical campaign metrics.

Serve as the customer voice and CRM expert, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer support and sales.

Regularly reporting on CRM lifecycles and developing tactics to improve acquisition, conversion, and resurrection.  Requirements With rich experience in marketing automation platforms, such as Active Campaign Hub Spot (preferred), proficient in using email automation software systems.

Familiar with data visualisation and analysis tools (Adobe, Google Analytics) With A/B testing skills, able to improve user stickiness and conversion rates by trying different activity elements, optimizing email content and design.

Experienced in creating and managing activities, establishing workflows, potential customer ratings, potential customer development, email marketing, and reporting.
