Who TTG Are: Three Trader is an offshore foreign exchange trading (FOREX) brokerage firm.

The business was founded in late 2020.

The main goal of the business is to provide an advantageous trading environment for traders globally with an affordable cost to trade thereby lowering the barrier to entry for prospective traders.

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and work with team members from all around the world (from Taichung to Tokyo to Sydney to Sao Paulo).

You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team and help manage and execute our performance media channels (along with other internal stakeholders and agency partners).

What you will be doing: Act as a trusted partner when it comes to creating and upholding media/growth strategy and channel best practice.

Working with the internal marketing team and agency partners to improve our the ad performance (and ensure that it’s in-line with our business objectives) Work with campaign managers to ensure that media plans are razor sharp and focused (everything from flighting, to number of assets to the correct budget split) Keep agency teams accountable when it comes to ad performance across social channels, display, search, affiliate and others Ability to craft succinct reports and develop action plans to address weaknesses and areas of improvement.

Make budget recommendations and optimisations based on business objectives and KPIs desired.

Requirements Previous performance marketing experience (at an agency or in-house) Proficiency with Meta’s ad suite, Google, Ad Roll and others Strong written skills in English and Japanese and the ability to articulate all things performance media Have great attention to detail FX experience is nice to have (but not essential) Benefits Dynamic Work Environment: Working in a dynamic, multinational environment where innovation and forward thinking are at the forefront of what we do.
