Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Management: - Supervise and lead a team of 4-5 administrative professionals. - Provide guidance, support, and training to team members. - Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
2. Project Management: - Develop and implement effective project management strategies. - Coordinate and oversee various projects to ensure timely completion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
3. Process Design and Optimization: - Analyze existing administrative processes and identify areas for improvement. - Design and implement efficient workflows to enhance productivity. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Communication and Coordination: - Foster effective communication within the administrative team and with other departments. - Collaborate with department heads to understand their administrative needs. - Act as a liaison between upper management and administrative staff.
5. Budget Oversight: - Assist in the development of the administrative budget. - Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures. - Ensure efficient resource allocation within the administrative department.
6. Vendor Management: - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors. - Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements. - Manage relationships with key vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
