We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Director to lead our sales team and drive growth in our aesthetic equipment division.

Job Description Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Manage and oversee the sales process for aesthetic equipment, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and contract negotiations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and partners.

Drive initiatives to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of success in selling aesthetic equipment or medical equipments.

Proven experience in leading and managing a high-performing sales team.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
