Job Description Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

The Successful Applicant Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of success in selling aesthetic equipment or medical equipments.
Proven experience in leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
