Job Description Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Design and execute GTM strategies tailored for Commercial and SMB territories.

Business Planning: Create comprehensive quarterly and annual business plans in collaboration with partners to drive growth and meet objectives.

Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners across all levels.

Actively recruit new re-sellers to expand the partner network.

Brand Awareness and Demand Generation: Increase market visibility and demand through targeted local sales and marketing campaigns in coordination with partners.

Partner Ennoblement: Manage and facilitate training programs to empower managed partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell and support products.

The Successful Applicant Proven track record of at least 8+ years in relationship-driven channel account management Demonstrating strong business acumen in sales management within the IT industry Exceptional communication and presentation skills complement comprehensive industry knowledge Consistent and extensive professional tenure
