Support the onboarding process for new merchants by coordinating with commercial teams, regional integration teams, conducting setup tests, and ensuring successful execution.

Provide alternative solutions and hold end-to-end integration conversations with merchants and internal teams.

Build and maintain relationships with networks and top merchants, ensuring our interests are well-represented and that we stay up-to-date with the latest tracking and integration technologies.

Ensure operational excellence by conducting test runs and continuously improving integration processes.

Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, the Center of Excellence, and Business Development teams to streamline processes and enhance the user experience.

Lead the implementation of new initiatives to improve tracking reliability and operational efficiency.

Resolve merchant-related issues, such as untracked orders and incorrect setups, identify opportunities for improvements within Integration by working closely with the regional operations team.

Document key tasks, processes, and SLAs, ensuring they are regularly updated and followed.

Essentials to Succeed Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with an understanding of tracking technologies.

Experience in affiliate marketing and e-commerce is a plus.

Experience: 2-3 years experience in an operations or technical role. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Proficient in English and Chinese language.
