In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities: Update KMS per incident handling/ products & campaigns related requirement.

Mitigate the pain points raised from Cards online & offline through CJ/EJ enhancement.

Make sure all the special assignments delivered on time.

Periodical project team meeting to walk through the project initiatives for demand management.

Liaison activities conducted b/w CCTR and CUL BU to achieve better sync and cooperation Requirements: Positive attitude, ambitious, good stress resistance.

Clear articulate, strong learning spirit and able to bear performance pressure.

Computer relevant skills such as Excel, Outlook, Word and Chinese typing.

At least 2 years of system project experience.

Good command in English and communication.
