關鍵能力 客服 工作職責 1. Service Programing :Service innovation development for consumer/commercial marketsDefine service strategy/policy/model for products & countriesCo-work with regional team to finalize service quotation for products & countries 2. Interlock Services: Kickoff new product/ country service Review and discuss service strategy/policy/model/SLA/cost Drive & synchronize global functional teams and regional teams to resolve service issues & request (such as KPI improvement, quality issue resolution, cost improvement, product design change, re-SKU, rework event…)3.
