Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
Excellent organizing and strategic planning skills
Well-versed with the local market and local labor laws and extensive experience in industrial relations;
2 yrs experience in a similar role, international hotel group preferred;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
