About Our Client我的客戶是全球知名的商用車/乘用車製造商,成立超過百年! 公司專注於生產各式商用/乘用車,致力於為客戶提供創新,並為全球各地的客戶提供卓越的產品和服務、高品質的運輸解決方案!Job Description制定並執行售後服務策略,監控流程效率和服務質量帶領全台售後服務中心、維修廠、服務廠,提供培訓以提升能力和績效與客戶和經銷商溝通,解決問題並優化客戶體驗確保服務操作符合標準,推動質量改進項目The Successful Applicant大學本科及以上學歷,工業工程、機械工程、工商管理等相關專業加分至少7年以上售後服務相關經驗,具備汽車行業背景,了解車子作業流程者為佳管理經驗至少3年以上英文口說能力中等
