工作內容
OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE
Help DE and EC create and modify schematics, BOM, change history and ECN/ECR.
CAD is a key role to control and maintain the versions of all documentations and components.
KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY
1. Design and follow up project of switched mode power supplies development
- PCB layout design
- Create and modify schematics and Draft BOM
- Co-operate with EE, ME, Mag to finish design checklists after new version PCB layout done
- PCB layout design debugging by safety and Artesyn production guideline
2. Documentation and report
- Engineer change requirement check
- PCB layout change report
- CAD checklist report
3. Design support
- BOM maintenance
- Works with PM, support teams and factory to ensure smooth development
- Make sure component used by customers requirement
4. Others
- New component PCB block building by Artesyn required
- Safety knowledge
- Low noise layout knowledge
- Learn new CAD design tools
- Knowledge of industry standard practices such as IPC- and IPC-A-F etc.
- Ensure team members are aware of impending risks to cost, quality & schedule
- Review factory DFM report and close out design related issues to attain passing rating

- PCB Layout program such as Cadence, CAM, etc.
- Linear Circuitry
