Responsibilities Responsible for establishing strong brand SOV and Alcon presence in Hong Kong in the field of Surgical, through management and development of events and KOLs.
Develop marketing plan for brands and execute with sales team to achieve sales and market share objectives.
Collaborate with Regional team to ensure the smooth roll-out of commercial programs and to prepare analytics and data for performance reviews Ensure compliance of company SOPs, vigilance reporting, code of conduct and local regulations in daily operation Achievement of responsible brand sales objectives, Units and Value, and Market Share Targets in units Keep up with administration tasks and support (marketing executions, pre-approvals, sales forecasts, follow-up with marketing activities, PGR submissions) Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key customers and KOLs Lead SOV projects (CME, symposium, advisory boards, local and international congresses), to ensure optimum brand and Alcon presence, in accordance with budget and strategies Lead planning and execution of brand activities at NSM and POA 2, ensuring sales team are equipped with skills and tools Execute field visits, to inspect marketing strategies and tactics execution, customer feedbacks, market trends, and competitive updates, and timely report these to BU head and Marketing Manager.
Develop tactics to counter attack and seize the opportunity Manage A&P expenses in line with budget and key financial drivers that impact profitability Participate in strategic plan development and budget preparation, providing accurate and realistic forecast for sales and BU expenses in brand marketing, aligned with market trends and company strategies Launch new brands with aim of obtaining targeted market share and price Skills and Experiences Education: Minimum: Bachelor degree, Preferred: Medical related fields, Master degree Languages: Proficiency in English Experience: Minimum: 6 years sales / marketing working experience in Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical Company, Preferred: 1-2 years experience in product marketing management experience.
Competency/Technical Skills: PC knowledge (Word, Power Point, Excel )Strong planning and analytical skills Strategic Mindset Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Good administrator and team player Note This role will be based in Hong Kong.
