We are looking for a person who is interested in participating in the development and implementation of leading integrated corporate real estate(CRE) solutions to our clients. We want people who are at the strategic end of CRE strategy and who like to think beyond typical solutions and can assist clients align their CRE with their corporate direction.

The role requires a unique mix of strategic insight and analysis, entrepreneurial attitude, exceptional communication skill and high levels of energy.

The role will appeal to a proactive team player that can learn quickly and is motivated to solve client problems.

What this job involves: Portfolio Strategy & Planning – Country, City and Metro plans Assessment of portfolio performance, portfolio rationalization and divestment, portfolio structuring, cost reduction initiatives and bid support to achieve business change. Workplace project Develop and deliver innovative strategies to enhance users’ experience and productivity in the workplace.

Change Management Develop and deliver change management plans to transition clients through significant changes such as re-organization, a new workplace or other changes.

Management Consultancy M&A due diligence, process re-engineering and business strategy development among others Accountabilities You will be an integral part of the JLL APAC Work Dynamics team.

You will work with internal stakeholders across the JLL business to help grow the business as well as being involved with client relationship management to deliver high quality outcomes for clients. Be able to assist with the coordination and participation in proposals and client pitches, including pursuits across business lines to target corporate clients.

Engage client leadership and real estate leads to maximize the value of their portfolios and workplaces.

Contribute to internal tool development, process improvements and thought leadership materials.

To apply you will have: Education A Degree or equivalent experience in a Real Estate or business-related discipline; Postgraduate qualifications, including an MBA or its equivalent, an advantage Knowledge & Experience A background in workplace/portfolio strategy preferred however also consider project management, change management, business strategy, brand strategy, design/ architecture, sociology, and organizational behavior or any combination of these backgrounds.
