In this role you will: Data mining for product performance from field in terms of field returns & top defects Initial failure analysis & in turn reproducibility for the products returned from field Coordinate with Quality Program Managers to help drive root cause analysis with stakeholders including ME, EE, CMF etc.

to name a few Failure Analysis followup & reporting with suppliers no matter component or product level Coordination with Quality Engineers for sample shipment Participate in weekly/ bi weekly meetings as per need Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: Several years job experience in a Consumer Electronics domain with background in failure analysis & or Quality and Reliability /Project experience Strong quality mindset Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)Self motivated & prefer to work with international team members Finally a team player In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include: Knowhow of Quality Tools ( 8 D, DFMEA, Six Sigma ) is a plus Ability to understand FEA, Simulation is a plus as well Education: University degree (Bsc ) in Electronic Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar Logitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it.
