Job Description Lead and manage the QC and QA teams to ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO and other relevant standards.
Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, components, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformance or customer complaints.
Liaise with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and ensure alignment with quality expectations.
Maintain accurate quality documentation, including control plans, inspection records, and audit reports.
Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements.
Provide training and mentorship to QC/QA staff to enhance quality management processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
Drive quality improvements by identifying process inefficiencies, recommending corrective actions, and implementing solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products, ensuring quality requirements are met from development to production.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of manufacturing processes to ensure continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to Die Casting, Forging, CNC Machining, or Plastics.
Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems.
Proven experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis (up to 50%).
