Duties/Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; Negotiate and close agreements; maintain old business and acquire new clients; Develop trusted relationships with key IB, and community; Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value; Achieve the monthly set target; Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to client needs and objectives; Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders; Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas; Forecast and track key clients metrics (e.g.
monthly deposit/top-up results and quarterly forecasts); Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory; Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements Favorable – Forex Industry Background.
Minimum 3 years experience in sales and/or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
