Job Description We are helping our client, A Leading AI Training Platform, find AI Language Trainers who are  native of Taiwan and native users of Traditional Chinese with high-quality written communication skills to work as an Independent Contractor.

In this role, you’ll help train AI in Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) by generating prompts and responses, evaluating responses, and ensuring AI models produce appropriate responses that are localized to the region.

The ideal candidate is a native of Taiwan and native user of Traditional Chinese , thoroughly understands its grammar rules, and enjoys writing engaging and informative content.

You should also be eager to contribute to the development of AI models.

This opportunity is fully remote and offers a flexible work schedule.

Duties Develop detailed prompts and responses in Traditional Chinese to familiarize AI Models with particular topics.

Evaluate and rank AI responses in Traditional Chinese to train the model to provide optimal content.

Review AI responses in Traditional Chinese to ensure they are accurate, applicable, and unbiased.

Use critical and creative thinking to produce high-quality work with minimal or no supervision.

Effectively use internal tools in English.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in the humanities or social sciences, preferably from a school located in Taiwan Thoroughly familiar with the cultural particularities and terminology of Taiwan from having lived there for the majority of your life Traditional Chinese (Taiwan): Native-level proficiency, including different writing styles, grammar, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics  English: Minimum B2 level proficiency Relevant Writing or Editing Experience on your resume/CV, such as: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a writing field Professional Writing or Editing (for example, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, instructional designer) Creating original communications for work (for example, emails, memorandums, process documents, presentations) Writing as a hobby A strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in your work Previous experience writing for Large Language Models (LLMs) is strongly preferred Benefits This is a remote, Independent Contractor position anticipated to last up to 3 weeks with the possibility of being asked to participate in future projects based on performance.

The work schedule is flexible, and workers can work part-time or full-time hours at their own discretion.

Ideally, candidates will be able to work 17 hours per week or more.

Competitive Compensation: Pay is determined by project requirements, your level of experience, and market conditions.
