Job Responsibilities1.

Work with insurance companies and regional team to set up new product plan and launch new products/ new insurance companies.2.

Telemarketing leads management, included request, dispatch, and performance tracking.3.

Provide management with sufficient market information to support product and marketing strategies.4.

Design, implements, and track customer promotion programs to increase cross sell opportunities.5.

Design, implement, and track sales campaigns to drive strong sales momentum.6.

Work with marketing team to design and maintain DBS insurance website.7.

Assist Banca head to prepare management reports/ presentations.8.

BAU maintenance/update of product related materials and commission rates.9.

Liaise sales, Banca team, and insurance companies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products, programs, and services.

Proactive and independent in solving problems.3.

Good commend in English.4.

Good at producing words/excel/ ppt working files.
