Senior Manager - Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets

Job description
Conduct industrial & logistics capital market transactions
 Source and develop industrial and logistics project opportunities
Develop, manage and maintain the relationship with owners, developers, occupiers and investors in the industrial parks (zones).
Maintain and update the client and building information database which are related to Industrial & Logistics sectors.
Carry out project evaluation and prepare the pitch documents
Devise & implement property disposal (and acquisition) strategies for clients.
Coordinate the preparation of the marketing collaterals.
Responsible for leading a team of two.

Target candidate:

➢ 3+ year of experience in real estate brokerage

➢ Knowledges of logistic, industrial park & data center

➢ High stability, careful and responsible, with high self-management ability
