Business Function:
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Responsibilities: Processing of foreign exchange transactions and accounting operations.
Reviewing documents for domestic and foreign exchange transactions and fixed deposits, as well as conducting telephone inquiries.
Inputting notifications for foreign inward remittances and transactions for foreign outward remittances.
Preparation of vouchers and foreign exchange declarations.
Requirements:
Familiarity with computer skills in Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word.
Good communication skills and enthusiasm for work.
Proactive and values teamwork, willing to collaborate with others.
Preferred certifications: Financial Market Knowledge and Professional Ethics, Foreign Exchange Personnel, Banking Internal Control Personnel.
