As a Shift Nurse at Micron, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and safety of our team in Taiwan. This position offers an outstanding chance to improve our health programs. You will also contribute to the success of our occupational safety initiatives and provide outstanding care and support to our workforce.
Responsibilities and Tasks: Ensure Micron’s health programs and procedures are effective, efficient, and align with the management system and regulatory requirements.
Plan, execute annual health inspection and management.
Plan, execute health promotion activities.
Execute the plane of return to work and fitness for work.
Assist four major programs of occupational safety and health programs (Ergonomic, Workload, Maternal Health, Workplace Violence Protection)
Plan, execute physician onsite service management.
First Aid, emergency treatment and care.
Follow the injury or illness cases.
Workplace survey of health
Qualifications: College degree (or above) in Nursing or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in hospitals. Having factory nursing experience is preferred.
Proven ability to successfully implement health programs is preferred..
Good communication skills.
Nurse license.
52-hour Occupational Health Training qualifications.
Able to support shift work.
