Job Description

  • Design and implement software solutions based on product requirements.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

  • Identify and address technical challenges and issues during development.

  • Debug and troubleshoot software defects and performance bottlenecks.

  • Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure software reliability.

  • Participate in the demand analysis, design and development of the company’s test platform and test tools.

  • Responsible for the test case design of the company’s core product modules and complete the benchmark test.

  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to define and refine project requirements.

  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical team members.

  • Document software architecture, design, and implementation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainable code.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to software development.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Typescript, Golang, C/C++, Rust, etc.).

  • Familiarity with SQL, Data Structure, TCP/IP and Linux.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

  • Proficiency in software development tools and frameworks.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Knowledge of g RPC, Graph QL, REST API, Kubernetes and microservice architecture.

  • Knowledge of AI products and solutions (e.g. ASR, NLP, Chatbot, Voicebot, etc.).
