Infrastructure and Technology
• Tier 1 support for Infrastructure and Technology to branch users in mainly Taipei, but also Tai Chung and Kaohsiung
• Support new location (office/warehouse), moves or renovation, Warehouse RF implementation, if any
• IT system deployments from GEO/CHQ, GEO I& T collaborative initiative
• Local 3rd Party Systems such as customs application, HR & payroll system
• Telecom Infrastructure, Zoom/Teams Phone implementation and support
• Hardware & software procurement
• 24-hour incident response for critical case
• Willing to work on public holiday and after office hours
• Experience on supporting in Alcatel Lucent PBX system
Acts as subject matter expert:
• Disaster Recovery of systems
• Policies and Procedures around IT – Cybersecurity, Network, Infrastructure
• Continue learning and growth on I & T learning knowledge and technologies
Monitors:
• Systems downtime
• Resource Utilization
• Service Desk queues
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree or high diploma in Computer Sciences and experience with leadership in this field
• Language : Chinese/Mandarin(Native), English (intermediate or above) for both speaking and written.
• Experience on working multinational company
• Knowledge of Logistics Company business and operational processes
• Good organization skill (time management, task prioritization)
• Project management/co-ordination skills
• Proactive, sense of urgency and self-motivated
• Proven experience on Excel VBA, manual works automation
• Advanced PC hardware knowledge
• Basic PC imaging and deployments and Windows Client setup
• Basic networking (LAN/WAN, switch, router)
• Basic Windows server knowledge (install, server role setup, active directory)
• Basic server room infrastructure (wiring, racks, patch panels, UPS)
• Basic remote administration tools (RDP/terminal services, telnet/SSH)
• Mobile device proficiency (i OS and Android)
• Office & warehouse security system, CCTV is definitely an advantage
