Micron Technology is seeking an Engineering professional with a strong track record of performance and a drive for continuous improvement to join our team as a FE Central Quality Program Engineer.

You will be a member of the worldwide Quality Team managing QDR, reducing variation and deviations for all Micron Fabs.

Devising strategies to address specific problems.

FE Central Quality in Global Quality works actively with the frontend network, heightening quality capabilities and expertise and staying abreast with the latest technology capabilities in the industry.

As a solution provider, you will work with SMEs to identify their needs and to develop and implement reporting dashboard and data structure to meet their requirements for quality improvement.

This will also extend to recommending improvements to meet the demands of swiftly changing interface technology.

Setting up performing backups procedures for maintaining our data.

Providing actionable insights in Frontend Global Quality Program through the analysis of facts and figures acquired from the network.

Responsibilities: Governance of activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable program regulations.

Perform analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of Quality metrics and recommends corrective actions when necessary.

Continuously improving on the Quality systems and programs and cater to the Quality challenges met in the Frontend network.

Determine and lead the implementation of quality programs and initiatives for the FE Central team Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure flawless execution of quality projects Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction Proven ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results Strictly adhere to established quality standards and guidelines Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion to promote a positive work environment Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment Attentive to detail and dedicated to maintaining accuracy This position is located in Taiwan, providing an opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic setting.
