JR57298 Sr. Manager, LP DRAM requirements & Planning
Leads people who are responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter authorities, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the project from inception through delivery. May engage and lead all aspects of the work of external vendors. Assigns, directs and monitors system analysis and program staff. These positions' primary focus is project/program management, rather than the application of expertise in a niche functional field of knowledge although they may have technical team members. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Use insight gained from interactions with the mobile ecosystem to develop outstanding requirements and product definitions for future mobile DRAM products with specific focus on New emerging memory Product targeting future AI Smartphones. Work with multi-functional teams to evaluate trade-offs with product features and performance as well as how to align internal resources to the needs of the business. Provide inputs to engineering teams on the functionality, quality, usability and supportability of significant products and features for key customers. Measure the success of our product requirements to gain a better understanding of how to continually improve our products and the processes we follow. Qualifications
Successful candidates for this position will have:
Passion, energy, personal accountability and a desire to develop outstanding products Strong background in mobile memory products, the mobile market, and overall mobile ecosystem Experience in Semiconductor industry; Experience in DRAM/LPDRAM technologies strongly preferred. Highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality products. Excellent communication skills. This role will be working with both Marketing and Engineering teams to understand customer requirements and balance this with what is achievable by engineering team within cost and schedule boundaries. Ability to maintain clear priorities and direction for the product development teams. Quick decision-making skills in high pressure environments with limited data or direction Ability to lead, challenge, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization. Responsive, organized and meticulous.
