Job Summary: Manage manufacturing operations activities of Tainan.• In-charge of manpower planning within the production and ensure daily smooth operation of production • Plan and deploy manpower according to products requirement.• Ensure production and shipment is on time.• Ensure quality standard of product.• Cross training of employees across product group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for production quantity and quality.

Set the daily schedule and production requirements, plan WIP, oversee special orders, set priorities, staff planning.2. Responsible for establishing and enforcing a production schedule that embraces lean flow and allows effective and efficient production coverage/performance to provide fast part turn around, low costs of services and control overtime.

3. Insure all production areas are staffed properly.

4. Work with the commercial group to address customer issues and get them resolved in a timely manner.5. Have bi weekly meetings with site technicians and discuss production issues – equipment issues, safety related issues, production schedule conflicts, facility issues.6. Work with the Production Manager and HR to address all HR related issues including policies, performance reviews, corrective action and related documentation.7. Review training records for yearly training requirements of all the production technicians and coordinate training schedules with Operations training supervisor.

8. Completion of the monthly manages tracking matrix and performing monthly assessments of the data with suggested corrective actions.9. Monthly completion of the technicians performance matrix for the established quarterly bonus program10. Assist in the environmental compliance requirements and associated documentations Required Qualifications/Skills :1. Ability to learn, understand and perform all aspects of each production area.

Including the operation of all equipment and cleaning applications.2. Supervisory/Management skills with an understanding of goal setting, people management, coaching for performance.

3. Ability to make sound judgments based on facts4. Ability to communicate well with peers and upper management5. Good written and verbal presentations skills6. Computer skills are critical7. Basic understanding of ISO 9001, and associated Quality Management Systems8. Ability to multitask successfully in a fast-paced work environment9. Excellent WIP and time management skills10. Basic understanding of lean manufacturing Additional Information:1. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with 2-4 years of supervisory experience 2. Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing, relevant trade school, and/or military experience is preferred but not mandatory.3. University diploma.
