Key responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Assist candidate onboarding processes by working closely with HRBP and Admin teams Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Self-driven and proactive, with proven experience in talent acquisition and/or HR generalist roles.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English languages Open to work with teams across different time zones
