Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the product strategy and roadmap Manage product development process for time to market Deliver products with prioritized features and corresponding justification Lead cross-functional teams to drive timely product delivery Work with external third parties, vendors, or customers to assess partnerships and business opportunities Run beta and pilot programs for early-stage products Train internal and global sales/FAE to promote and bring products to the market successfully Be an expert with respect to the competition Act as a leader within the company Qualifications:
Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science 8+ years of job experience as product manager or program manager in the networking/server industry will be a plus. Proven track record of successfully launching outstanding products with experience in managing products development process. Exceptional ability to build relationships, build cross-functional teams and exert effective influence in a matrix organization Operate in an ambiguous environment, taking charge, and having an attention to detail without becoming lost in the details Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in managing CM and involved in supply chain. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A team worker! Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to travel when requested.
