Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Onsite service deployment including cabling and test.
Help Desk for customer contact through omnichannel.
Initial diagnosing based on failure description.
Troubleshooting, and debugging issues.
Return defective spare parts after replacement to proceed RMA process.
Resolving customers issues and concerns for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in EE or CE preferred, associate degree in engineering will be considered.
5-yrs experience of product repair/failure analysis in computing industry
Basic level of English capability is required
