Join Talent are seeking a highly skilled Technology Talent Partner to join our team on a 6 month contract, embedding with our globally recognised client and working as part of our global team of TA's. ;</p>

Key Responsibilities</h3>

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent in France.</li>
• Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing, to identify qualified candidates.</li>
• Screening: Conduct thorough candidate screening, including phone interviews, to assess their suitability for the role.</li>
• Pipeline Management: Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.</li>
• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li>
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their specific needs and requirements.</li> </ul>

  Qualifications and Experience</h3>

  • Proven experience in tech recruitment, with a focus on hiring for technical roles.</li>
  • Strong understanding of the tech market and talent landscape ;</li>
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> </ul>
