Join Micron’s team in Taiwan as an ADTT DIR (Diffusion, Implant, and RTP) Engineering Manager, making a significant impact on the future of memory and storage solutions.
You will be in charge of leading a dedicated team within our engineering department. Your main goal will be to achieve flawless execution in DIR or equivalent experience processes. This is crucial to ensure that our products remain competitive on a global scale.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the DIR engineering team to successfully implement brand-new techniques and processes.
Develop and optimize DIR recipes to ensure exceptionally high-quality and performance standards.
Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to determine and address process integration challenges.
Strictly monitor and maintain equipment performance to achieve flawless operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and yield.
Successfully lead the transfer of DIR technology from TD to OMT and implement it effectively.
Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in Diffusion and Implant process development and optimization.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating engineering teams.
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach.
World-class teamwork and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to determine and implement solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in English and communication.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimal 5 years proven experience in Diffusion and Implant engineering, with a focus on memory or semiconductor industries.
Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership role within an engineering team.
