Responsibilities:
Develop and complete process integration plans for new technology nodesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of processesConduct comprehensive data analysis and determine root causes of integration issuesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve process performance and yieldPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendationsQualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in process integration within the semiconductor industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a diligent approachExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to strictly adhere to project timelines and deliverablesProficiency in data analysis tools and softwareEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process integrationDemonstrated track record of successfully implementing advanced process technologiesExperience with various semiconductor fabrication processes and equipmentKnowledge of commonly used industry standards
