Responsibilities and Tasks
- Identify, Run, and Evaluate Controlled Experiments 
- Summarize experiment and document results
- Validate conclusions
- Communicate and receive directions
- Provide Process Support for the Area
- Identify, investigate, and document quality deviations
- Ensure corrective action was taken to prevent reoccurrence of deviation
- Perform Quality Checks 
- Maintain knowledge of procedures to ensure or determine product quality
- Check Product Specification Prior to Running New Product 
- Communicate product status to appropriate engineers
- Maintain knowledge of product types, specifications, and equipment and process modifications
- Know when to get engineering involved
- Analyze Data and Identify and Resolve Problems 
- Determine data requirements
- Extract data from a variety of sources
- Ensure reliability of data
- Use appropriate formats for summations and presentation of analysis such as database, charts graphs, and reports
- Use structured problem solving techniques
- Make decisions based on data
- Draw and state conclusions
- Anticipate and analyze problems
- Generate alternative solutions, select the best solution and develop an action plan
- Trouble shoot line and QDR problems 
- Follow up continuous improvement projects 
- Support root cause findings for excursion
