Overview

Server Workload Protection is Trend Micro’s multi-tenant security product that provides physical server, virtualization environment, and cloud platform protection. It contains complete security features such as anti-malware, firewall, intrusion prevention, log inspection, system integrity monitoring, and web reputation that provide the best security protection for Oracle Solaris, IBM AIX, HP-UX, physical or virtual Windows, and Linux machines. Other than the basic security features above mentioned, we are also researching and integrating new threat defense technology to tackle the fast-changing threat landscape. You will first work in a small scrum team with a focus on a specific domain and can switch teams to learn new domains within the rapidly growing product family.

Job description:

1.  Engage in long-term software quality enhancement to ensure product viability.

2. Develop, review the automation testing code and maintain the different pipelines

3. Collaborate with the global product development and support teams across multiple countries.

4. Resolve customer problems in a timely manner to support critical business successfully.

Qualification/Requirement

Required:

- 3+ years of working experience in the software/information service industry

- Experience in Python/Java with automation test development

- Understanding the Linux or Windows administration, system internals, and troubleshooting skills

- Strong software problem-solving skills independently and a customer-oriented approach to dealing with customer issues

- Self-motivated and agile mentality to work with changing requirements.

Nice to Have:

- Good understanding of general principles of software testing, knowing how to troubleshoot, and submitting qualified issue reports.

- Passionate about software bug hunting.

- Experience of C/C++/Go programming is a plus.

- Experience with antimalware, vulnerability, or any security product solutions.

- Experience in the container, Openshift, or cluster management tools (Docker).

- Good English communication skills and proactive mindset on global team collaboration
